How does it work?

Requests are submitted through one shared board and completed one at a time based on your selected plan. You can pause or cancel at any time, with no long-term contracts. Optional add-ons are available at an additional cost, including brand strategy and positioning, video and motion design, copywriting, paid ads creative, and support for additional brands.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?

Hiring a full-time senior-level designer is expensive and finding one with the right skills can be a challenge. With a monthly plan, you only pay for the time your designer works for you.

May I inquire if there is a limit to the number of requests I may submit?

After subscribing, you can add multiple design requests to your queue without any limit, and they will be delivered to you consecutively.

How fast will I receive my designs?

Typically, requests are fulfilled within a span of two days or less. Nonetheless, intricate requests may require additional time to be addressed. You can expect to receive your design within a few business days, typically from Monday to Friday.

Who are the designers?

Creative room is a one-person agency, so you'll directly communicate with the founder. We work with partner designers for additional features like animations or custom illustrations.

How fast will I receive my designs?

In most cases, we can fulfil requests within two days or less. However, if a request is particularly complex, we may require additional time to ensure its completion.
